Mango Mimosa

I recently made this Homemade Mango Sorbet, which the whole family loved, and it felt like the perfect summer evening dessert! I had just a bit left over and I had a bit of prosecco left from making this Lillet Blanc Spritz. I decided to indulge myself one afternoon and put them together :) Um….yummmm!! What a fancy elegant and delicious treat! You must give it a try!

This recipe would be such an easy one to prep ahead of time. You could have the glasses ready and waiting in the freezer with the sorbet and then just top with prosecco when ready to serve. And if you didn’t want to take the time to make the Homemade Mango Sorbet you could absolutely use a nice store bought one!

Mango Mimosa

THE INGREDIENTS -

  • Homemade Mango Sorbet

  • Prosecco, champagne or other sparkling wine

THE INSTRUCTIONS -

  1. In a Champagne flute add approx. a 1/4 cup of sorbet and then top with the prosecco.

  2. You could always pretty these mimosas up with a mint leaf or orange slice garnish :)

  3. Enjoy!!
